Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone hiring SkillNest Agency for a client project ("Client") or enrolling in a SkillNest Academy course ("Student"). By submitting our contact form, enrollment form, or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Agency Services

• Project scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing (email or proposal document) before work begins.
• Changes outside the agreed scope may affect timeline and price; we'll always confirm with you first.
• Full source code is delivered to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed.
• Post-launch support windows (14–30 days depending on package) cover bug fixes related to the delivered scope, not new feature requests.

2. Academy Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment instructions are completed and your seat is secured for the selected cohort.
• Course schedules, live session times, and instructors may occasionally change; we'll notify enrolled students in advance.
• Certificates are issued to students who complete the course requirements as outlined by the instructor.

3. Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund if the initial concept/discovery phase does not match the agreed brief, before further development begins. Students may request a full refund within 7 days of the cohort start date if unsatisfied, provided course materials/sessions have not been substantially completed. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and sent to farazahmad7358@gmail.com.

4. Payments

Prices listed on this site are in USD unless stated otherwise. We accept card, PayPal, bank transfer, and select local payment methods (e.g. JazzCash) depending on your region. Payment instructions are confirmed manually after you submit an enrollment or project request — no payment is processed automatically from this website.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SkillNest services for unlawful purposes, and not to share course materials, recordings, or mentor access with people outside your own enrollment.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillNest provides development services and educational content "as is." We are not liable for business outcomes (e.g. trading results, channel revenue, or project ROI) that depend on factors outside our direct control, such as market conditions or third-party platform policies.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site or an active enrollment after changes means you accept the updated terms.
